I was born in Croydon but lived in many parts of the UK before moving to Cheltenham in 1980. My four sons were born between 1979 and 1984, and while they were growing up I enjoyed a challenging and satisfying career working in IT for an insurance company, before taking early retirement at the end of 2006.
Retirement marks the start of a new stage in my life which I am exploring with great anticipation and some trepidation.
The driving forces in my life are the Baha’i Faith and my family. The bedrock in my life is my husband and soul-mate, Martin. I have many interests, but right now I am re-evaluating all of them and trying to take the time to focus on the things that really count.
